Terms and Conditions

E-Campus Package Enrollment Policy

Non-Refundable: E-campus package enrollments are non-refundable.

Access Validity:

  1. Individual Course Enrollment: 4 months.
  2. Complete Knowledge Module Enrollment: 6 months.
  3. Complete Skills Module Enrollment: 18 months (6-month access per course from the first login).
  4. Complete Professional Module Enrollment: 12 months (6-month access per course from the first login).
  5. Complete ACCA Course Enrollment: 36 months (6-month access per course from the first login).

General Conditions

  1. Study Material will be provided after complete payment of the course fee.
  2. It is the responsibility of the candidate to ascertain the eligibility from the governing body (e.g., ACCA, IIA, IMA, etc.). Synergic Training will not be responsible for any issues in this regard.
  3. Any fee paid is valid for one year (maximum) and all courses (parts) must be attended within one year from the date of enrollment unless agreed otherwise.
  4. Administration cost of AED 500 will be charged for any dishonored cheque.
  5. Synergic Training reserves the right to cancel the course or change the course schedule at any time.
  6. Any course/study material provided is only for the personal use of the enrolled candidate and shall not be reproduced or shared with any other person in any form.
  7. Synergic Training reserves the right to cancel any enrollment due to disciplinary or behavioral issues and the right to reject any particular enrollment at its sole discretion, without citing any reason.
  8. All courses/parts, in which a candidate is enrolled, shall be considered as a single enrollment for the purpose of refund requests (e.g., any candidate enrolled for CMA Part 1 & 2 will not be eligible for any refund after the 2nd lecture of any single course/part, as per the initial course schedule).
  9. Any candidate who remains absent for three or more consecutive training sessions will be withdrawn from the course.
  10. Course completion certificates will only be issued if the candidate’s course attendance is 80% or above.
  11. Any candidate who does not pay the fee balance (or submit a valid cheque) within 14 days from the course enrollment date shall be withdrawn from the course (with no refund of the fee paid) unless agreed otherwise.
  12. A candidate’s course enrollment will be canceled if any dishonored cheque is not replaced or paid within 7 days.
  13. Course fees are not transferable to any other candidate or course under any circumstances.

Refund Policy

Where a student withdraws from the course, Synergic Training shall review after receiving the student’s written notice of withdrawal and refund to the Student within 10 working days, as per below criteria. Refund request must be submitted by (email) to operations@synergictraining.com

Refund percentage will be applied after deducting the cost of study material

Course Deferment Policy

  1. Course deferment request must be submitted “via email at operations@synergictraining.com.
  2. Candidate may be awarded deferral of course fee up to next (one) study session only.
  3. If the candidate has not made deferment request, then the course fee cannot be deferred nor refunded at completion of the batch/session.
  4. Course Deferment request must be made before 50% course completion (as per schedule).
  5. Deferment of AED 200 shall be deducted at the time of approving the deferment request.
  6. Extra charges for study material shall be applicable in case of change in the syllabus or study material in next session.
  7. Candidate will not be eligible for refund of fee after applying for course deferment/freeze.
Free Re-sit policy
  1. Candidate must be enrolled for the success package.
  2. Candidate must attend at least 90% of class lectures.
  3. Candidate must attend all revision sessions and class tests.
  4. Candidate must attempt the mock exam and score at least 35% marks.
  5. Candidate must appear for the actual exam within one month of the end of the course and provide us with the (unsuccessful) result copy.
  6. Candidate must apply and avail free re-sit of the course in one of the upcoming (maximum) three sessions.
  7. Any candidate can re-attend the course free of cost if the following criteria is fulfilled.
  8. Extra charges for study material shall be applicable in case of changes in the syllabus or study material in the next session.

Complaint Policy

If you are unable to resolve your complaint informally, you will need to provide us with details in writing to the Complaints Officer as soon as possible after the event (about which you are concerned) occurred, normally within three working days. The information must be submitted on the official complaints form, which is available at the reception area. If you are unable to access this form, please contact the Complaints Officer at care@synergictraining.com. We will respond within fourteen working days of receiving your complaint to let you know the outcome.

* Candidate agrees to keep their video/camera on while attending online training sessions.

I have clearly understood all the terms & conditions of enrolment with Synergic Training and agree to all the conditions stated above, in particular clauses concerning refunds, deferments, waivers, and course transfer.
